Milled Gypsum
GFI is a supplier of gypsum to cement manufactures and distribution networks for agricultural usage. Agricultural gypsum helps farmers provide pH balance and stability to soil, mitigating soil erosion and problems that arise from excessive rainfall. Raw gypsum also plays an important role in controlling the rate of hardening cement. It must be controlled within the limits to make the cement a saleable and usable product in construction. Small amounts of gypsum are added to the cement clinker during finish grinding.
